Please find below points to understand our refund policy:

IPTVonline.ca only support setup on IPTV Set-Top box and do not support or provide guarantees over setup on Android boxes, Smart TV, Laptop etc.

If paying by INTERAC Payments (Bank transfers)
  • We will send you the Cheque on your mailing address
If paying by Credit Card
  • The amount will get credited to your bank account in next 3-5 business days.

IPTVonline will not be able to make any refunds (or make partial refund) if:

1) Customer didn't satisfied/like the Channel line-up or performance. We suggest every customer to go for Trial before buying Subscriptions.
2) Customer is unable to set-up their own box at their end. We will provide our support to setup their boxes, however, because we do not know about the circumstances with the box, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations. 3) If some channels are freezing or not working. Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or doesn't work due to various reasons. However, most of the times, these issues are temporary and caused by below reasons:
     > Customer internet fluctuations
     > Issue with the box
     > Channel is down from server end
We do not manage these servers and we don't have any control over it.
4) Customer change his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.

Customer can still subscribe to other servers by purchasing new subscription.

In case user/customer not able to setup IPTV service on any of the devices other than IPTV OTT Set-Top box within 2 days of activation, IPTVonline.ca will refund 75% of their subscription purchase price. Please see below points to understand more around % of refunds:
     > Within 1 days = 100% Refunds
     > Within 2 days = 75% Refunds
     > Within 5 days = 50% Refunds
     > Within 7 Days = 25% Refunds
     > After 7 Days = No Refunds



Please make sure you provide all the information like Set-Top Box, MAC address, previous provider and select the time period for your trial.We will not process the order if the information is incomplete or wrong

  • Hi there, I would like to purchase a trial for tomorrow, but it only gives me option for 11am-2pm. Is it possible to select a different time, as I won't be at home to check the server. Also, I am assuming the time (11a-2p) is EST? THanks,

    You can select the time slot only on the basis of availability. Try for next date.
    The timeline is in MST(MDT)

  • AS YOU MENTIONED MAC ADD SHOULD START FROM 00:1A;79, BUT WHEN I WILL DO SUBSCRIBE IT ON MY SMAT IPTV THEN ITS MAC ADD IS DIFFERENT, NOT SAME AS U MENTIONED ... IN THIS CASE WHAT I WILL DO...

    With Smart tv, only Ok2 server is compatible and we do not require Mac in the format of 00:1A:79. 
    Please mention the Mac add of Smart tv while placing the order.

  • what do you mean by subscribed to other provider? other IPTV service or Cable provider?

    Hi,

    While placing the order, you get an option to confirm, if the Mac add you have mentioned is registered with any other provider or not on the same server. If you have taken the ordered subscription on the given Mac add with any other IPTV provider, you will mention YES, else NO. 

    If the Mac add is blocked with other provider, you will have to contact them to get it released to get the services activated with us or any other provider.
